Chia Chia Good Idea! You don’t really need a grown up to make it.

Chia Pudding is a yummy food you can eat for breakfast.

I make it in the night so it is ready for me when I wake up.

Kids can do it yourself. It’s really easy. Maybe you might need a grown up for the part when you pour the milk if you might make a big mess.

This is what you need:

  1. Chia seeds

  2. Any type of milk you like

  3. a tablespoon measurer and a 1/2 cup measurer

  4. a glass to put it in

  5. a teaspoon to mix it up with

  6. anything you like to decorate it with like fruits, honey, coconut, chocolate chips or anything!

These are the steps:

  1. Get all your ingredients together on the table

  2. Put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the glass

  3. Put 1/2 cup of milk into the glass

  4. Get the teaspoon and mix it up. Then wait a few minutes and then come back and mix it some more as it will start to get hard

  5. Put it in the fridge at night when you sleeping

  6. In the morning, it will not look like milk anymore, it will look like pudding. Decorate it with any yummy things you want. I use berries, honey and coconut.

Chia pudding is very yummy. You don’t really need a grown up to make it. You can make it before you go to sleep. You can try it and hope you like it!
